Social and Environmental Monitoring in Hydropower Development. Module II.

This course will build on knowledge gained during Social and Environmental Monitoring Module I in 2021. The course will examine the role of compliance and supervision as a quality improvement tool. It will also illustrate the importance of an integrated Environmental and Social Management System in dealing with the unexpected and the correct use of corrective action plans. Participants will be expected to have completed both trainings Module I and Module II as a foundation for the onsite training in Norway. More information can be found here
