Designed for industry professionals in Nepal’s renewable energy sector, this training will combine practical experiences with theoretical knowledge to enhance understanding of ESG and social risk assessment in renewable energy projects, tailored to participant backgrounds.

A technical inspection in module three will demonstrate a hydropower plant’s environmental and social monitoring approach on-site. This approach’s continuation involves environmental and social monitoring, occupational health and safety practices, and ensuring operational continuity of environmental and social programs. Key management aspects for project viability and sustainability will also be addressed.

Participants who finished “Advancing ESG II Nepal” will receive priority.
